Great Battles of Julius Caesar: Deluxe Edition

A deluxe compilation of two earlier Great Battles of History volumes and their modules, presenting 20 land and one naval scenarios that trace Roman warfare from the late Republic through early imperial incursions into Britain. Players command Roman and opposing forces across campaigns including the Marian-Sullan conflicts, Caesar’s Gallic campaigns, his civil war against Roman rivals, and later British campaigns. Play resolves tactical maneuver, unit combat, command control and period-specific formations using hex maps, hundreds of counters, and scenario-driven objectives. The box includes a consolidated main rulebook for all land battles, a separate naval rulebook, detailed scenario and campaign booklets, multiple large maps, charts and player aids, and plentiful counters and dice for large-scale tactical play.
