Sentinels of the Multiverse

Players each take the role of a unique superhero, cooperating to stop a powerful villain and the hazards of a changing environment. Play uses fixed 40-card hero decks while separate villain and environment decks advance automatically; rounds proceed villain, heroes in turn order, then environment. On a hero’s turn a player may play a card, use a power from cards in play, and draw, while villains and environments trigger scripted effects and cards on their turns. Each villain has its own setup, abilities and win conditions, and play ends when the villain is defeated or the heroes are eliminated by damage or a villain-specific loss condition.
