Wings of War: Fire from the Sky

A compact World War II aerial combat game that stages dogfights, bombing runs, escorts and ground-attack missions. Players each pilot a WWII fighter or dive bomber, choosing maneuvers from a hand of aircraft maneuver cards and resolving movement and combat with a simple fire-deck system. New rules model differing flight characteristics and armament while keeping play fast and accessible; scenarios include anti-aircraft ground nests and dive-bomber attacks. The box supports 1–6 aircraft for skirmish scenarios and introduces several national types such as Allied, Axis and Pacific theater planes.
